What is Science?
Welcome to my first episode! Let's start with the basics. Many folks think of science as a compendium of facts, but this is a misconception. Science is a process of gaining knowledge about the universe we find ourselves experiencing. Scientists have been referred to as elites in ivory towers, and society has lost some of its trust in science as a path to knowledge. In future episodes I hope to explore this theme further, but for now, let's establish the basics and start at the very beginning. A very good place to start.

Science is limited view of limited process. So how come one can even think to take over the whole worldview with that, especially when one is in position of scientist.... What a great start!! Not. I mean, to start with personal belief, to express your frustration towards people that have different narrative towards life than systematic science, ...antivax-anger...well i think you know there is about 100 different vaccines on states, that means those all do not stand on same level of trust. Evidence based toxicology sees that overall level of toxins in humans is rising, thereby complications from things that manipulate immunology are more realistic everyday. And that for sure means people should have option to choose, or at least test themselves out of risk group from getting complications from vaccine. Right? This is science i mean. Scientist also knows that data is shaped by measurement methods and mechanisms, thereby it can not deny things like you claimed in the beginning, mhz etc are things we can "see" today. While scientist also knows we know less than one fifth of the existence. So! It should be illegal to use that tiny portion of data to drive all of human evolution and usage of resources... But.. good luck

Really enjoyed this. I'm not a scientist but like to think I'm fairly rational. Getting increasingly frustrated with the irrationalities of others - climate change, religion, creationists, 5G and covid Etc. Look forward to listening to future episodes.
